Our way of working is ‘up close and personal’. For example, we can become your temporary hands-on team member and join forces with the current occupation. Or it could mean that we work on your project from our Amsterdam office. Often it will be a combination of the two. Configured precisely so that we become familiar with the dynamics of your organisation, your culture and your people.

We think along how to make things better and smarter. We will use this as a benchmark to align and/or re-align people, resources and the brand. We make processes stronger and more transparent. If certain processes are lacking, we will set them up from scratch. Whatever we tackle, big or small; we will strike the right balance between the budget available, creative work and deadlines.

UPSCALING AND DOWNSCALING

Working with us will mean you have access to the entire team. This can be for a few hours, a couple of days, or a much longer period: from our Amsterdam office or as a temporary team member within your organisation. If necessary, we can directly upscale (or downscale) in terms of people, services and advice. We can do this because we work with a pool of experienced freelancers.
