ASSIGNMENT

An effective collaboration between departments brings out many benefits. That also applies to creating a campaign. STOER was asked to shape the campaign process between the purchasing and marketing departments.

OUR APPROACH

  • We set up process documents such as briefings, schedules and allocation of resources.
  • We gave training courses to the relevant departments so that they were able to work in line with the new process.
  • We supervised the production of a multiple samples.
  • We monitored the complete process.
  • Hand over the entire campaign process to the internal teams.

IMPACT

An enhanced cooperation and coordination between various departments. The new campaign process reduces costs enormously; fewer correction rounds are required to create expression materials, and there is less work involved for employees. This leads to more time for setting up creative expressions materials in a 360 degree campaign.
